Phuong Nam Medical Center (Trung Tâm Y Khoa Phương Nam) is a private outpatient clinic with two branches – in central Da Lat and in Duc Trong, near Lien Khuong Airport. Our doctors and front-desk staff speak English, so you can explain your symptoms and understand your treatment without a translator.

What to expect

• English-speaking doctors and staff at both branches.
• International credit and debit cards accepted, as well as cash.
• Medical records and invoices are issued in Vietnamese. Our staff will explain them to you in English. If you plan to claim on travel insurance, check with your insurer whether they also need a translation.
• Open 7 days a week, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, including Sundays.
• Walk-ins are welcome; booking ahead shortens your waiting time.

For a life-threatening emergency – severe bleeding, chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness or a serious road accident – call 115 (Vietnam ambulance) or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. For everything else, from a bad stomach to a sprained ankle, we can usually see you the same day.
